2. Return / Refund Policy
Since we offer digital and consultancy-based services, refunds are handled under specific conditions:
a. Refund Eligibility
- 100% Refund: If a customer cancels the order within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started.
- Partial Refund: If the project is cancelled after partial work, a prorated amount will be refunded after deducting costs incurred.
- No Refund:
- If the service has been fully delivered.
- For delay or cancellation caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
- For digital services such as domain registration, hosting, or software purchases.
b. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Payment gateway or third-party subscription charges
- Urgent delivery charges or special request add-ons
3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation Before Work Begins: Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).
- Cancellation After Work Begins: Refund will be issued based on the stage of completion.
- No cancellation is permitted once the final delivery has been made or service has been availed.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
